God is not impressed

John Chapter 2 Verse 23 : Now while he was in Jerusalem at the Passover Festival, many people saw the signs he was performing and believed in his name.

John Chapter 2 Verse 24 : But Jesus would not entrust himself to them, for he knew all people.

John (2:25) He did not need any testimony about mankind, for he knew what was in each person. — The Holy Bible (New International Version)

Let me tell you that there is no impressing God with lip service or giving token praises to Him in exchange for favours.

If you think that by simply attending church on Sundays and midweek  prayer meetings you have so appeased God that He will overlook your bad behaviour  throughout the week, you are making a huge mistake and doing yourself a disfavour.

God does not give permission to any of us to do whatever we want simply because we are wowed by His glory. He can see through our hypocrisy and will put any of us, on any given day, in our correct places.

Better to just walk away from God and preserve your life to yourself in honesty, receiving the mercies of God, than to play games with God.

Yet best still it is to sincerely humble yourself before God and receive His full attention and help than to miss out on His goodness.

Pay serious and close attention to the message of Jesus Christ and the true purpose of His signs and miracles. These works are not for your  entertainment but to deliver you from the foul and demonic powers of Satan whose intention it is to destroy your soul for eternity.

Take heed to yourself today.
